All our animals are reared extensively, naturally and with a lot of care. Our philosophy is to treat our animals with the utmost respect and in return we get juicy, succulent and tender meat that is full of flavour. In 2012 we were delighted to receive a number of awards in recognition for our hard work.
We are whole supply chain assured, meaning that all aspects of production (from field to fork) are independently verified and our environmental standards are of the highest order.
We personally care for and transport all of our animals. All meat is slaughtered locally as to keep ‘food miles’ to a minimum. We only sell our own meat. It’s producer to consumer without any confusion.
A master butcher will cut, package and label the joints ready for collection or delivery. All produce is sold fresh and unfrozen.
And last of all, it’s good value, it’s Organic and it’s British!
